This site is a service of The Red & Black Publishing Company, Inc. We are a not-for-profit Georgia corporation that serves the University of Georgia and Athens communities. Our student newsroom covers UGA and Athens news, events and personalities and has produced The Red & Black newspaper since 1893. We also publish guides to student life and the Athens community. 

This site — studenthousingathensga.com — is an additional service and complements our Student Housing Athens, GA publication and features an online version of our annual Housing Fair, which is designed to connect students with properties around Athens. 

The Red & Black Publishing Company is independent of the University of Georgia.
